How to Open a Ticket for Zoho ERP Implementation Tracking

Follow the steps below to open a new ticket for Zoho ERP Implementation Tracking:

Step 1: Log in to the Portal

  1. Access the portal at https://app.afriflowsoft.com/.

  2. Navigate to the Support tab and click on Open New Ticket.


Step 2: Fill Out the Ticket Details

  • Subject Line: Use a descriptive title (e.g., DTDL Business Data Migration Tracking as of 03/03/2025).

  • Project: Select Consulting Services for Zoho Web Apps Implementation as ERP.

  • Your Role: Choose Vendor (Olivet Cloud).

  • ERP Module/Category: Select the relevant ERP module(s) for the task (multiple selections are allowed).

  • Ticket Body: Provide additional comments, including progress updates or issues encountered.


Step 3: Attach Required Documents

  • Attach the completed checklist file.

  • Include supporting documents (e.g., screenshots, reports, or evidence).


Step 4: Submit the Ticket

  • Click Save to finalize the submission.


What Happens After the Ticket is Created?

  • Once the ticket is created, the Consultant (Afriflowsoft) will receive an email and push notification about the new ticket.

  • No further action is required from the ticket submitter unless additional information is requested.
