Service Policy — EstateFlow ERP Software License (Developer Pack – Enterprise)

Service Scope
This service provides system-level functionality as defined in its service description, including configuration, access control, and operational usage within the licensed EstateFlow ERP environment.

Licensing Model
This service is delivered exclusively under a Non-SaaS (Ownership-Based) licensing model, deployed on a client-owned or dedicated infrastructure in accordance with the service agreement.

Pricing Tier Alignment
This service is available to SME and Enterprise clients only. Feature depth, configuration complexity, and scalability vary based on the selected client tier.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Support response times, uptime commitments, and issue resolution terms are governed by the applicable SLA defined in the license or implementation agreement.

Usage Limitations
System usage limits are defined by the licensed capacity and agreed implementation scope.

Configuration Responsibility
Initial configuration may be performed by AfriflowSoft or an authorized implementation partner. Ongoing configuration remains the responsibility of the client’s designated system administrator unless covered under a managed services agreement.

Dependencies & Integrations
This service depends on licensed ERP core modules. Integration features require appropriate activation.

Exclusions
Custom development, third-party integrations, statutory filings, and business process redesign are excluded unless explicitly stated.

Compliance & Jurisdiction
The service supports operational compliance but does not replace statutory, legal, or tax advisory services.
