Service Policy — EstateFlow ERP – AWS S3 Integration Module (SaaS)

Service Scope
This module provides system-level functionality as defined in its service description. It includes configuration, access control, and operational usage within the licensed EstateFlow ERP environment.

Licensing Model
This service is available under both SaaS (Subscription-Based) and Non-SaaS (Ownership-Based) licensing models, subject to the client’s selected plan and contractual agreement.

Pricing Tier Alignment
Availability and feature depth are determined by the subscribed pricing tier (e.g., Basic, Professional, Enterprise). Higher tiers may unlock advanced configurations, automation, integrations, or reporting features.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Support response times, uptime guarantees, and issue resolution commitments are governed by the applicable SLA attached to the client’s subscription or license agreement.

Usage Limitations
Usage limits (such as users, records, transactions, storage, or automation volume) apply based on the selected plan and may be enforced systemically.

Configuration Responsibility
Initial configuration may be performed by AfriflowSoft or an authorized implementation partner. Ongoing configuration changes remain the responsibility of the licensed system administrator unless covered by a managed service agreement.

Dependencies & Integrations
This module may depend on or integrate with other EstateFlow ERP modules. Availability of dependent features requires appropriate licensing and activation.

Exclusions
Custom development, third-party integrations, regulatory filings, and business process redesign are excluded unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.

Compliance & Jurisdiction
The module supports operational compliance but does not replace statutory, legal, or tax advisory services. Local compliance obligations remain the responsibility of the client.
