The Analysis Tool provides advanced financial modeling, allowing users to conduct "what-if" analyses to evaluate the impact of potential cost changes, scheduling adjustments, and resource reallocations on project profitability.
2.3.1. Create an Analysis Model
- Go to the Manage menu under BudgetMaster in the left sidebar.
- Select a Project and click View.
- Click Analysis Tools.
- Alternatively, navigate to the Analysis Tools menu under BudgetMaster in the left sidebar.
- Enter the required values:
- Model Name
- Budget Threshold
- Expected Revenue
- Expected Cost
- Contingency Funds
- Actual and Planned Budgets
- Click Save.
- To create an additional model for the same project, click New Model.
2.3.2. Edit an Analysis Model
- Select an existing model.
- Click View and make the necessary changes.
- Click Save to update the model.
2.3.3. Delete an Analysis Model
- Select the model to be deleted.
- Click Delete and confirm the deletion.
