General: Tab 4 – PDF Settings in Inventory Management Module

To configure PDF settings, navigate to:

These settings define how information is displayed in PDF documents for inventory-related transactions.


1. General PDF Settings

  • Display "Warehouse Name," "Lot Number," and "Sign Information" in PDFs of Inventory Delivery and Receipt

    • ✅ If enabled, when printing a PDF of the Inventory Delivery Voucher, it will display:
      • Warehouse Name
      • Lot Number
      • Sign Information
    • ✅ If enabled, when printing a PDF of the Inventory Receipt, it will display Sign Information.
  • Show Item Custom Fields in PDF (Deprecated Option)

    • ⚠️ This setting was previously used to display custom fields in the PDF of invoices but is no longer recommended for use.

2. Inventory Delivery Voucher PDF Settings

  • Display Unit Price, Subtotal, and Total Payment

    • ✅ If enabled, the Unit Price, Subtotal, and Total Payment fields will be shown in the PDF of Inventory Delivery Vouchers.
  • Display "Outstanding" in Inventory Delivery PDF

    • ✅ If enabled, the Outstanding balance will be displayed in the PDF of the Inventory Delivery Voucher.
  • Shortened Form PDF (For Serial Numbered Products)

    • This setting controls how serial numbers are displayed in PDF documents.

    If "Shortened Form PDF" is unchecked:

    • Each serial number is displayed on a separate line.

    If "Shortened Form PDF" is enabled:

    • The serial numbers of a product are combined into a single line for a more compact format.

3. Packing List PDF Settings

  • Used to select and customize the information displayed in the Packing List section of the PDF documents.

Final Notes

  • These settings ensure clarity and consistency in inventory-related PDF documents.
  • Shortened Form PDFs optimize the layout when handling products with serial numbers.
  • The Warehouse Name, Lot Number, and Sign Information settings improve traceability for inventory transactions.
