The Minimum and Maximum Inventory Values feature allows users to define stock thresholds for inventory items. These values help ensure optimal stock levels, prevent stockouts, and manage overstock situations.
The Commodity Code, Commodity Name, and SKU Code fields automatically retrieve data from the Items Page, displaying a list of all items in the system.
1. Minimum Inventory Value
- The Minimum Inventory Value is used to track products with stock levels equal to or lower than the predefined minimum threshold.
- Items that reach or fall below this level are highlighted in red on the Item Management Screen, triggering an inventory alert.
- Users can filter products based on Minimum Stock in the Items Menu.
2. Maximum Inventory Quantity
- The Maximum Inventory Quantity is used to track products with stock levels equal to or greater than the predefined maximum threshold.
- This value helps prevent overstocking by allowing users to identify items that have exceeded their optimal inventory levels.
- Users can filter products based on Maximum Stock in the Items Menu.
