By using the Purchase Management module, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Purchase Orders
All purchase orders generated through the system are binding and must be fulfilled as per the specified terms.

Pricing
Prices listed in the system are final unless otherwise negotiated and agreed upon in writing.

Payment Terms
Payments must be made within the stipulated period as specified in the purchase order. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Delivery
Vendors are responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods and services as specified in the purchase order. Delays must be communicated promptly.

Cancellations and Returns
Cancellations or returns are subject to approval and must comply with AfriflowSoft's return policy.

Liability
AfriflowSoft is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the Purchase Management module, including errors or omissions in the purchase order.

Confidentiality
All information exchanged between AfriflowSoft and vendors must be kept confidential and not disclosed to unauthorized parties.

Amendments
AfriflowSoft reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the module indicates acceptance of any changes.
