Job Overview

AfriflowSoft Limited is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to spearhead our business development initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role is critical to expanding our client base, particularly among businesses in Abuja, and supporting the growth of our digital solutions portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and generate new sales leads through online research, networking events, and strategic outreach.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients, particularly focusing on businesses in Abuja.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to present AfriflowSoft’s services and solutions.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Sales Support and Documentation:
    • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts to support the sales process.
    • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and sales activities and gain in-depth knowledge of AfriflowSoft’s Bespoke ERP system.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Provide excellent customer service, follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, and build long-term relationships.
    • Help organize and participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging business trends and opportunities for AfriflowSoft’s products and services.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A fresh graduate or NYSC corps member with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales and a passion for technology and software development.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: 75,000 per month.
  •  Commission: 10% commission on project fees, offering an attractive, uncapped earning potential.
