Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Coordination:

Client and Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular meetings and updates with stakeholders to provide project status reports and address any concerns.

Risk and Issue Management:

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Proactively resolve project-related issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Budget and Resource Management:

• Monitor project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Manage project resources, including team assignments and third-party vendor coordination.

Quality Assurance and Documentation:

• Oversee the quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet client expectations and company standards.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and post-project evaluations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the tech or software development industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
