The General Settings screen is used to configure the input data for the following menus:
- Job Descriptions
- HR Records
- Contracts
Configuration Options
Do Not Show Left Menu – Staff Profile Field
- If this option is selected, the system will restrict access to the HR Records module for accounts marked as Not Staff Members.
- Even if these accounts have been granted access to the HR Records screen, they will not be able to view the menus of the HR Records Module.
