General settings in Settings - HR Records

The General Settings screen is used to configure the input data for the following menus:

  • Job Descriptions
  • HR Records
  • Contracts

Configuration Options

Do Not Show Left Menu – Staff Profile Field

  • If this option is selected, the system will restrict access to the HR Records module for accounts marked as Not Staff Members.
  • Even if these accounts have been granted access to the HR Records screen, they will not be able to view the menus of the HR Records Module.

Final Notes

  • Ensure that general settings are correctly configured to control access and visibility within the HR Records module.
  • Use the Staff Profile Field setting to manage visibility restrictions effectively.
