New employee onboarding process in HR Records

The following steps outline how to configure the Onboarding Template in the settings of the HR Records module and create an Onboarding Checklist for new employees.

Prerequisite:

Before setting up the onboarding process, ensure that the Training Data is configured in the Type of Trainings screen. Follow these steps:

  • The Training Program field pulls data from the Training Program screen.
  • Only Training Programs associated with the Job Posting of the selected employee will be displayed.
  • Training Programs created specifically for staff development will not be shown in this list.

Steps to Configure the Onboarding Template:

Step 1: Configure the Onboarding Template

  1. Navigate to: HR Records moduleSettingsOnboarding Template screen.

  2. Add, edit, or delete admission criteria as needed.

  3. The default criteria are grouped into three categories:

    • Information Management Reception: Includes fields for Title and Subtitle text inputs.
    • Asset Allocation: Includes a field to add an asset name.
    • Training: The Training Program field retrieves data from the Training Program screen.

Step 2: Create an Onboarding Checklist

  1. Navigate to the Onboarding Menu screen.
  2. Select "Add Checklist".

Step 3: Enter Checklist Details

  1. The system will display the Add Checklist screen.
  2. Enter the necessary details.
  3. Click Save to confirm the operation or Close to cancel.

Note: The Training field retrieves its data from the Training Menu screen.
