The Onboarding Template screen is used to define a structured process for welcoming and integrating new employees. The data entered here will be referenced in the Onboarding Menu of the HR Records module.
To create an employee admission process, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Onboarding Template settings.
- Add, edit, or delete admission criteria as needed.
1. Creating an Onboarding Template
Step 1: Add a New Onboarding Template
- Navigate to Onboarding Template settings.
- Click Add to create a new template.
Step 2: Define Admission Criteria
- The system will display the Add Onboarding Template screen.
- Enter the required details, including:
- Title and Subtitle for information management.
- Asset Allocation fields to specify assigned equipment.
- Training Programs retrieved from the Training Program screen.
- Click Save to confirm the operation or Close to cancel.
2. Editing an Onboarding Template
Step 1: Select an Onboarding Template to Edit
- Locate the template that needs modification.
- Click Edit next to the corresponding entry.
Step 2: Modify Onboarding Template Details
- The system will display the Edit Onboarding Template screen.
- Make the necessary changes.
- Click Save to confirm the update or Close to discard the changes.
3. Deleting an Onboarding Template
Step 1: Select an Onboarding Template to Delete
- Locate the template you want to remove.
- Click Delete next to the corresponding entry.
Step 2: Confirm Deletion
- The system will display a confirmation message.
- Click OK to proceed with deletion or Cancel to abort the action.
Final Notes
- Ensure that admission criteria are well-defined before onboarding new employees.
- Use the Training Program feature to assign mandatory training for new hires.
- Deleted templates cannot be recovered, so proceed with caution when removing records.
