Scope of Data Reset

Data that will be deleted:
The following menu screens will have their data removed:- Onboarding
- Training
- Contracts
- Q&A
- Dependants
- Layoff Checklist
- Reports

Data that will be retained:
- The Settings configuration remains unchanged.
- The following screens will not lose data, as they are shared across multiple modules:
- Job Descriptions
- Org Chart
- HR Records
