Reset data in Settings - HR Records

The Reset Data function allows you to clear specific data while preserving essential configurations.


Scope of Data Reset

  • Data that will be deleted:
    The following menu screens will have their data removed:

    • Onboarding
    • Training
    • Contracts
    • Q&A
    • Dependants
    • Layoff Checklist
    • Reports
  • Data that will be retained:

    • The Settings configuration remains unchanged.
    • The following screens will not lose data, as they are shared across multiple modules:
      • Job Descriptions
      • Org Chart
      • HR Records

Final Notes

  • Before performing a data reset, ensure that any critical information in the affected menu screens is backed up if necessary.
  • This process does not affect system settings, job descriptions, the organizational chart, or HR records.
