The Training Programs screen is used to create and manage training programs for employees. Each training program includes sets of questions sourced from the Training Libraries screen.
1. Creating a Training Program
Step 1: Add a New Training Program
- Navigate to Training Menu → Training Programs → Add.
Step 2: Enter Training Program Details
- The system will display the Add New Training Program screen.
- Enter the necessary details.
- Click Save to confirm the operation or Close to cancel.
Explanation of Fields:
- Training Program Name: Enter the name of the training program.
- Training Type: Select the skill type (data retrieved from Settings).
- When a skill type is selected, the Training Program Items field will display corresponding questions sourced from the Training Libraries screen.
- Minimum Points: Enter the minimum score an employee must achieve to complete the training.
- If the employee's score falls below this threshold, the system will mark their training status as Incomplete (visible in Employee Profile → Training).
- Additional Training Program for Staff:
- If selected, this allows manual employee assignment to the training program (multiple employees can be assigned at once).
- If left unselected, the training program will apply only to employees in the selected job position.
2. Viewing Training Program Information
- Locate the training program entry.
- Click View to display the details.
3. Editing a Training Program
- Locate the training program entry.
- Click Edit to modify details.
- Click Save to confirm changes.
4. Deleting a Training Program
- Locate the training program entry.
- Click Delete and confirm the action.
Final Notes
- Ensure that training programs are correctly configured with appropriate training types and skill sets.
- Use the Additional Training Program for Staff feature to assign employees manually when needed.
- Deleted training programs cannot be recovered, so proceed with caution when removing records.
