Type of trainings in Settings - HR Records

The Type of Trainings screen is used to create and manage training categories. The data entered here will be referenced in the Training Program screen under the Training Menu.


1. Creating a Training Type

Step 1: Add a New Training Type

  1. Navigate to Type of Trainings settings.
  2. Click Add to create a new training type.

Step 2: Enter Training Type Details

  1. The system will display the Add Type of Training screen.
  2. Enter the required details.
  3. Click Save to confirm the operation or Close to cancel.

2. Editing a Training Type

Step 1: Select a Training Type to Edit

  1. Locate the training type that needs modification.
  2. Click Edit next to the corresponding entry.

Step 2: Modify Training Type Details

  1. The system will display the Update Type of Training screen.
  2. Make the necessary changes.
  3. Click Save to confirm the update or Close to discard the changes.

3. Deleting a Training Type

Step 1: Select a Training Type to Delete

  1. Locate the training type you want to remove.
  2. Click Delete next to the corresponding entry.

Step 2: Confirm Deletion

  1. The system will display a confirmation message.
  2. Click OK to proceed with deletion, or Cancel to abort the action.

4. Exporting Training Types

The system allows exporting training type data in multiple formats, including Excel, CSV, PDF, and Print. There are two methods for exporting data:

Method 1: Export All Training Type Data

  1. Click DisplaySelect All to view all available training types.
  2. Click Export and choose the preferred file format.

Method 2: Export Data Based on Search Criteria

  1. Use the Search function to filter training types based on specific criteria.
  2. Click Export and choose the preferred file format.

Final Notes

  • Ensure that training types are correctly configured before using them in the Training Program screen.
  • Use the search function to refine results before exporting data.
  • Deleted training types cannot be recovered, so proceed with caution when deleting records.
